Receta Peach Blossom Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 c. SR flour
- 1 x heaped Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 sm c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Jelly crystals, raspberry
- 1 x Egg
- 1/4 c. Water, lukewarm
- 1/2 tsp Raspberry essence
- 1 pch Salt
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar well.
- Add in beaten egg and essence.
- Sift in dry ingredients and sprinkle with jelly crystals.
- Add in water, mix thoroughly.
- Bake in a moderate oven for 25 - 30 min.
- Ice with white icing and sprinkle with red jelly crystals.
- Orange, pineapple or possibly lemon jelly crystals may be used instead of raspberry.
