Ingredientes

  • 2 c. ripe peaches, peeled and diced
  • 2 c. cantaloupe, peeled and diced
  • Grated rind and juice of 2 oranges
  • 12 maraschino cherries, with juice
  • 3 c. sugar

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients in a stainless steel kettle, set over rather low heat and simmer till the mix is quite thick. Stir frequently while cooking. Have scalded pint size jars ready. Pour into jars and seal. Yield: about 4 pints.
