Receta Peach Cobbler

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar - (packed)
- 3/4 c. all-purpose baking mix such as Bisquick
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp margarine or possibly butter melted
- 1/2 can evaporated lowfat milk
- 3 lrg ripe peaches mashed
- 3/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
Direcciones
- Lightly grease a slow cooker or possibly spray with a nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine sugars and baking mix. Add in Large eggs and vanilla. Stir. Pour in margarine and lowfat milk and stir. Fold in peaches and cinnamon, till well mixed.
- Pour into slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW setting 6 to 8 hrs or possibly on HIGH 3 to 4 hrs.
- Serve hot. Top with vanilla ice cream, if you like.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
