Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Fresh peaches, sliced
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 3/4 c. Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Mix peacheswith 1 c. sugar; let stand. Put butter in a 2 qt casserole; place in a 325 degree oven to heat. Combine remaining sugar, flour, baking pwdr, salt and lowfat milk. Pour over melted butter. Don't stir. Spoon peaches on top of batter. Don't stir. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
  2. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
