Receta Peach Or (Fruit In Season) Ice Cream

Ingredientes
- 1 quart. well ripe peaches
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 pt. Half and Half
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1 quart. sweet lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 1 teaspoon almond flavoring
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- (Omit lemon juice with any other fruit except peaches).
- Peel peaches and mash - stir sugar and lemon juice together and add in to peaches. Set aside for 20 min. Blend cream, salt and flavoring together and blend mix into peaches. Add in 1 qt sweet lowfat milk. Stir well and pour into churn. Freeze. Drain water, refill with ice and salt. Pack down with newspaper with towel over. Let stand 2 or possibly 3 hrs.
