Ingredientes

  • 1 unbaked 9 or possibly 10 inch pastry shell
  • 1 (14 ounce.) can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
  • 1 (8 ounce.) container lowfat sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (21 ounce.) can peach pie filling
  • 3/4 c. walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake pastry shell 15 min. Meanwhile, in medium bowl combine sweetened condensed lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, lemon juice, and mix well. Spread pie filling in pastry shell, pour lowfat sour cream on top of peaches then completely cover the top with minced walnuts. Bake for 30 min or possibly till set. Cold and refrigeratefor 24 hrs before serving.
