Receta Peach Pie Supreme

- Mix gelatin with 1 c. boiling water. Stir well and add in 3/4 c. cool water, stir again dissolve crystals and pour into pie shell. Chill till set. Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread over well set gelatin (chill).
- Make Glaze: In small saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch and stir in water and corn syrup. Heat to boiling, stirring till mix is clear and thick. Cold slightly. Slice 3-4 peaches with skin on. Fan slices on top of cream cheese layer and top with glaze that has cooled. Be sure the sauce covers the peach slices. Chill, garnish with sprigs. Serve with Cold Whip.
