Receta Peach Sherbet

Ingredientes
- 1 (8 ounce.) carton plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/3 c. honey
- 2 c. peeled, sliced ripe peaches or possibly 2 c. frzn unsweetened peaches, partially thawed
Direcciones
- Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add in all ingredients. Process till peaches are finely minced. Pour mix into an 8 inch square pan; freeze till almost hard. Break mix into large pcs, and place in processor bowl. Process several seconds or possibly till fluffy but not thawed. Return mix to pan, and freeze till hard.
- Let stand at room temperature 10 min before serving. Scoop sherbet into individual dessert bowls. Serve immediately.
