Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1 (8 ounce.) jar prepared mincemeat
  • 1 (6 ounce.) can sliced peaches, liquid removed
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a small bowl, mix flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in oil and lowfat milk till crumbly. Spread mince meat in bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle with half of crumb mix. Arrange peaches in 2 circles on top of pie shell. Sprinkle with half of crumb mix.
  2. Arrange peaches in 2 circles on top of pie. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake 15 min. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking for 25 to 30 min or possibly till crust is browned and filling is set. Cold before cutting. Serves 6 to 8.
