"Peaches & Cream" Cheese Pie

Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 1/4 ounce. dry vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 can peaches, liquid removed (save juice)
  • 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. peach juice
  • 1 tbsp. (plus) 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Direcciones

  1. Grease a 9 inch pie pan. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl mix flour, baking pwdr, salt, pudding mix, butter, egg and lowfat milk. Put batter into greased pie pan. Place peaches over batter. In medium bowl beat cream cheese, sugar and 3 Tbsp. of peach juice till smooth. Spread on top of peaches and batter to 1 inch from edge. Sprinkle sugar on top of cream cheese mix. Bake 40 min at 350 degrees.
