Ingredientes

  • 4 c. bread cubes
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 (21 ounce.) can peach or possibly apple pie filling

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spread bread cubes in greased 9-inch square baking dish. Whisk together Large eggs, lowfat milk, sugar and extract. Stir in 1 c. pie filling. Pour over bread cubes, pressing custard down into bread with back of spoon. Bake 30 to 40 min, till knife inserted near center comes out clean. Heat remaining pie filling and spoon over hot pudding.
