Ingredientes

  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. half & half
  • 4 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. crushed (finely) graham crackers
  • 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. almond brickle chips
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can sliced peaches, drain well and chop
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Direcciones

  1. Combine cream cheese and sugar; mix with electric mixer till well blended. Gradually add in half & half, Large eggs, and vanilla; mix well. In large bowl, combine crumbs, chips, pecans, and coconut. Stir into this cream cheese mix and peaches. Mix well. Pour into greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min till edges are golden. Serve hot or possibly chilled with fresh sliced peaches and whipped cream.
