Ingredientes

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 c. peanut butter, creamy or possibly crunchy
  • 1 lrg egg
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. regular oats uncooked
  • 2 Tbsp. golden brown raisins minced
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine melted

Direcciones

  1. Bread: Stir together flour, sugar, baking pwdr, and salt in a medium bowl; cut in peanut butter with pastry blender till crumbly. Stir together egg and lowfat milk; stir into dry ingredients just till moistened.
  2. Pour batter into a greased 9- by 5-inch loafpan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan immediately, and cold on a wire rack.
  3. For Muffins: Spoon batter into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. Stir together oats, raisins, honey, and butter. Spoon mix proportionately over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
  4. This recipe yields 1 loaf or possibly muffins.
  5. Yield: 1 loaf
