Peanut Butter Bread Pudding

Ingredientes

  • 6 slices white bread
  • 1/3 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Spread peanut butter on bread. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Put raisins and bread cubes into a greased 1 1/2 qt casserole. Combine Large eggs, salt, brown sugar, and lowfat milk. Pour over bread in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve hot with whipped cream.
