Ingredientes

  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 c. syrup
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 c. coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs. Gradually beat in sugar, mixing well. Fold in corn syrup, vanilla, salt and peanut butter, blending thoroughly. Pour into pie shell. Bake in slow oven (300 degrees) 40-45 min. While pie is still warm, put a circle of chocolate chips in center and sprinkle remaining chips around outside edge. Fill in remainder of top with coconut.
