.%20But%20guess%20what?%20I%20didn%E2%80%99t%20make%20these%20in%20an%20effort%20to%20try%20and%20be%20healthy.%20I%20made%20them%20because%20when%20peanut%20butter%20and%20chocolate%20come%20together,%20it%20creates%20something%20beautiful.%20And%20these%20cookies,%20are%20a%20beautiful%20thing.%20They%20aren%E2%80%99t%20huge,%20they%20are%20a%20good%20size,%20about%20the%20size%20of%20a%20chips%20ahoy%20cookie.%20You%20could%20call%20them%20%E2%80%9Ctreat%20sized%E2%80%9D%20as%20Starbucks%20likes%20to%20call%20their%20new%20peanut%20butter%20cookies%20(and%20their%20double%20chocolate%20cookies,%20as%20well.*)%20I%20almost%20came%20close%20to%20not%20baking%20these,%20because%20of%20lack%20of%20flour,%20but%20i%20had%20exactly%20enough!%20After%20baking%20these,%20I%20realized%20I%20need%20to%20have%20more%20cookies%20in%20my%20life.%20They%20are%20just%20so%20simple%20to%20make,%20and%20almost%20always%20tasty.%20So,%20if%20you%E2%80%99re%20into%20the%20whole%20chocolate%20chip%20meets%20peanut%20butter%20thing,%20I%20recommend%20you%20bake%20these.%20You%20don%E2%80%99t%20HAVE%20to%20use%20natural%20peanut%20butter,%20and%20I%20only%20used%20it%20because%20it%20was%20the%20only%20kind%20I%20had%20in%20the%20house.%20If%20you%20do%20decide%20to,%20use%20the%20kind%20that%20does%20not%20seperate,%20(such%20as%20Skippy%20or%20Jiff%20Natural),%20because%20I%E2%80%99m%20not%20really%20sure%20what%20would%20happen%20with%20the%20kind%20with%20extra%20oils.%20It%20might%20work,%20but%20use%20with%20caution!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*For%20all%20of%20you%20Starbuck-goers,%20I%20wouldn%E2%80%99t%20really%20recommend%20their%20treat%20sized%20cookies.%20I%E2%80%99m%20not%20sure%20as%20an%20employee,%20I%20should%20be%20saying%20this,%20but%20as%20a%20person%20who%20loves%20baked%20goods,%20these%20are%20not%20worth%20it,%20at%20about%20$1%20a%20piece.%20You%E2%80%99re%20better%20off%20buying%20their%20outrageous%20oatmeal%20cookies,%20or%20chocolate%20chunk.%20But%20really,%20you%E2%80%99re%20better%20off%20baking%20these!%20;)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPeanut%20Butter%20Chocolate%20Chip%20Cookies%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20oven%20to%20350%20degrees.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20large%20bowl,%20combine%20the%20flour,%20baking%20soda,%20baking%20powder,%20and%20salt.%20Set%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBeat%20the%20butter%20and%20peanut%20butter%20until%20fluffy.%20Add%20the%20sugars%20and%20beat%20until%20smooth.%20Add%20egg,%20milk%20and%20vanilla.%20Gradually%20mix%20in%20the%20flour%20mixture%20and%20beat%20thoroughly.%20Stir%20in%20chocolate%20and%20peanut%20butter%20chips.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlace%20sprinkling%20sugar%20on%20a%20plate.%20Drop%20dough%20by%20rounded%20teaspoon%20into%20sugar%20and%20roll%20around,%20then%20put%20onto%20ungreased%20cookie%20sheet,%20leaving%20several%20inches%20between%20them%20for%20expansion.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EUsing%20a%20fork%20lightly%20indent%20the%20top%20of%20each%20cookie%20(or%20use%20a%20small%20offset%20spatula%20if%20you%20want%20a%20smooth%20top),%20but%20don%E2%80%99t%20over-flatten.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%20for%2010-12%20minutes.%20DON%E2%80%99T%20overbake%20%E2%80%94%20the%20cookies%20may%20look%20really%20soft%20and%20underdone,%20but%20trust%20me,%20they%20aren%E2%80%99t.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECool%20the%20cookies%20on%20the%20sheet%20for%201%20minute,%20then%20transfer%20to%20a%20rack%20to%20cool%20completely.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEnjoy%20while%20warm!%20(or%20not,%20but%20awesome%20when%20still%20warm.)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20Loading...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERelated%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
