Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. Peanut butter
  • 3/4 c. Confectioner's sugar
  • 1 x Pie crust, baked
  • 3/4 c. Granulated sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 sqr unsweetened chocolate, in pcs
  • 3 x Egg yolks, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  •     Whipped cream

Direcciones

  1. Combine the peanut butter and confectioner's sugar. Sprinkle 2/3 of the mix in the pie crust. In a saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Stir in the lowfat milk and the chocolate pcs. Bring mix to a boil; cook and stir one minute. Add in at least half of the mix to the beaten egg yolks; return to pan. Cook and stir one minute.
  2. Add in the vanilla. Pour mix into crust. Cover with plastic wrap and chill. Before serving, spread whipped cream over the pie filling and sprinkle the remaining peanut butter mix.
