Ingredientes

  • 1 sm. potato, peeled and boiled
  • 2 1/2 lbs. powdered sugar

Direcciones

  1. Drain potato well. Put into mixing bowl. Mash with fork. Add in 1/2 c. powdered sugar. Stir with fork, potato and sugar form a liquid as you stir. Continue adding powdered sugar, stirring till a stiff ball forms. Chill till chilled.
  2. Sprinkle powdered sugar onto work surface. Pat fondant into flat shape then use rolling pin and roll 1/8 inch thick. Spread smooth peanut butter to cover fondant. Roll into long roll. Cut into slices.
