Receta Peanut Butter Jelly Roll Cake
Ingredientes
- Sponge Cake:
- 5 eggs, separated and brought to room temperature*
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 3/4 cup cake flour
- simply place the eggs in a bowl of warm water for several minutes

- 4 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup jam or jelly of your choice
