Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. peanut butter
  • 2/3 c. 10X sugar
  • 9 inch baked pie crust
  • 1 lg. size box vanilla pie pudding mix
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • Cold Whip

Direcciones

  1. Combine first two ingredients to make crumbs. (Set aside 2 Tbsp. crumbs for topping.) Put on bottom of baked cooled pie crust. Mix together pudding mix with lowfat milk and cook. Let cold. Add in 2 Tbsp. Cold Whip. Pour over peanut butter crumbs. Top with remaining Cold Whip and sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. crumbs.
