PEANUT BUTTER PIE

This filling is light and fluffy, it is made with beaten cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and lots of whipped cream. This luscious peanut butter filling is piled into a chocolate cookie crust and chilled until ready to serve. All I can say is YUM!!!!

Ingredientes

  • 1-1/4C. Chocolate Cookie Crumbs
  • 1/4C. Sugar
  • 1/4C. Butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) Package Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1C. Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1C. Sugar
  • 1T. Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 1t. Vanilla
  • 1C. Heavy Whipping Cream

Direcciones

  1. Combine 1 1/4 cup cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/4 cup butter or margarine; press into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter, and vanilla until smooth. Whip the cream, and fold into the peanut butter mixture.
  3. Gently spoon filing into crust. Garnish pie with chocolate or cookie crumbs if desired. Refrigerate.
