Peanut Butter Pudding

Ingredientes

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2/3 c. minced peanuts
  • 1 c. flour
  • 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/3 c. peanut butter
  • 1 c. 10X sugar
  • 1 c. Cold Whip
  • 1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 3/4 c. cool lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. First Layer: Blend butter and flour together. Fold in nuts. Press in bottom of 9 x 11 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
  2. Second Layer: Cream together cream cheese and peanut butter; add in sugar and mix well. Blend in Cold Whip.
  3. Third Layer: Mix chocolate and vanilla pudding with lowfat milk. Pour over second layer. When set cover with Cold Whip.
