Peanut Butter Roundup Cookies

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. soft shortening
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. oatmeal

Direcciones

  1. Beat shortening and sugar together till creamy. Add in Large eggs and peanut butter; beat well. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add in to creamed mix; mix well. Stir in oatmeal.
  2. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with fork (if dough sticks to fork, dip fork occasionally in flour). Bake 8-10 min at 350 degrees. Makes 2 dozen.
