Peanut chutney is a healthy chutney made with peanuts or groundnuts. Coriander leaves added to this chutney gives a fresh look and gives a good flavor to the chutney. This chutney goes well with idlis, dosas or uthapams. When refrigerated, it stays good for 4-5 days. This is also a protein rich chutney and made without the use of coconut. This chutney though made with very few ingredients is very tasty and creamy. Do try this chutney for a variation from the regular chutneys
