Ingredientes

  • 3 x Large eggs slightly beaten
  • 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Light corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 c. Peanuts minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 x Unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

  1. Preparation Time: 0:05Combine Large eggs, sugar, and corn syrup, mixing well; stir in peanuts, butter, and vanilla. Pour filling into pastry shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 min or possibly till filling is set. Cold on a wire rack.
  2. Yield: one 9-inch pie.
