Ingredientes

  • 2 lrg Pears, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 8 ounce Raspberries, (use frzn if out of season)
  • 2 Tbsp. Concentrated apple juice
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 sm Cart Greek lowfat yoghurt
  • 2 Tbsp. Pumpkin seeds, toasted

Direcciones

  1. Place the fruit, apple juice and vanilla essence in a small pan. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 15-20 min till the pears are just soft.
  2. Leave to cold then chill. To serve, divide the compote into individual portions, top with lowfat yoghurt and scatter with pumpkin seeds to finish
  3. NOTES : Healthy puddings can be as delicious as creamy, cholesterol-filled concoctions. Serve this dessert chilled or possibly just hot on colder days.
