Receta Pear And Raspberry Compote

Ingredientes
- 2 lrg Pears, peeled, cored and sliced
- 8 ounce Raspberries, (use frzn if out of season)
- 2 Tbsp. Concentrated apple juice
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 sm Cart Greek lowfat yoghurt
- 2 Tbsp. Pumpkin seeds, toasted
Direcciones
- 1. Place the fruit, apple juice and vanilla essence in a small pan. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 15-20 min till the pears are just soft.
- Leave to cold then chill. To serve, divide the compote into individual portions, top with lowfat yoghurt and scatter with pumpkin seeds to finish
- NOTES : Healthy puddings can be as delicious as creamy, cholesterol-filled concoctions. Serve this dessert chilled or possibly just hot on colder days.
