Receta Pear-Cheese Pineapple Salad

- This is a three layered salad to be made in 2 bread pans or possibly 3 small loaf pans. (Very nice at Christmas time).
- FIRST LAYER: Dissolve package of cherry Jello in 1 cup boiling water and add in 1 cup pear juice. Place pears in pan down with cherry in center of each pear. Pour Jello over pears and put in refrigerator to jell.SECOND LAYER: Dissolve lemon Jello in 1 cup boiling water and add in 1 cup cold water. Let thicken in refrigerator. Whip 1 cup whipping cream and mix in Jello. Add in cheese that has been left at room temperature (mix all together till blended) pour on first layer - chill.
- THIRD LAYER: Dissolve lime Jello in 1 cup boiling water and add in 1 cup pineapple juice, add in crushed pineapple and pour over cheese layer; refrigerate till set. Serves 18-20.
