Ingredientes

  • 4 x Pears, peeled, halved & cored.]
  • 2 x French champagne, glasses of Or possibly- white burgundy.]
  • 1/2 x Lemon, juice of.]
  • 1 3/4 ounce Blue vein cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
  •     Salt
  •     Pepper
  •     Paprika
  •     Lettuce
  •     Basil, fresh leaves
  •     Onion rings

Direcciones

  1. Peel, halve and core the pears and marinate in the 2 glasses of wine, and lemon juice for 30 min.
  2. Mash the blue vein cheese, lowfat sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Drain the pears, fill centres with cheese mix, dust with paprika.
  4. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves with fresh basil and onion rings.
