Ingredientes
- 4 x Pears, peeled, halved & cored.]
- 2 x French champagne, glasses of Or possibly- white burgundy.]
- 1/2 x Lemon, juice of.]
- 1Â 3/4 ounce Blue vein cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
- Â Â Salt
- Â Â Pepper
- Â Â Paprika
- Â Â Lettuce
- Â Â Basil, fresh leaves
- Â Â Onion rings
Direcciones
- Peel, halve and core the pears and marinate in the 2 glasses of wine, and lemon juice for 30 min.
- Mash the blue vein cheese, lowfat sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the pears, fill centres with cheese mix, dust with paprika.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves with fresh basil and onion rings.
