- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 can (5-ounce) water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 can (4-ounce) mushrooms, sliced
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
