  • 500 g chicken livers,
  • 1 to 2 carrots,
  • 1 to 2 parsley,
  • smoked bacon,
  • 2 onions,
  • salt
  • cumin,
  • oil.

  1. The liver cut into pieces. Finely chop the onion, carrots and parsley cut into slices or cubes.
