Ingredientes

  • 2 lb blackfish (tautog) fillets
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. butter melted
  • 1 tsp fennel seed
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp dry thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine

Direcciones

  1. Cut fish fillets into serving size pcs and arrange in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle fillets with paprika.
  2. Combine butter, fennel, parsley, thyme, lemon juice and wine and pour over the fish fillets.
  3. Bake in an oven preheated to 375 degrees for 10 to 15 min or possibly till fish flakes easily.
  4. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
