Receta Peasant Style Blackfish

Ingredientes
- 2 lb blackfish (tautog) fillets
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp. butter melted
- 1 tsp fennel seed
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp dry thyme
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
Direcciones
- Cut fish fillets into serving size pcs and arrange in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle fillets with paprika.
- Combine butter, fennel, parsley, thyme, lemon juice and wine and pour over the fish fillets.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 375 degrees for 10 to 15 min or possibly till fish flakes easily.
- This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
