Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. chopped onions or possibly scallions
  • 1/2 c. fresh cilantro finely minced
  • 4 med tomatoes finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. warm sauce (such as Tabasco)
  •     (2 Tbsp. vegetable oil optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 x garlic clove chopped
  •     salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl and chill. (If using onions instead of scallions, you may want to minimize their "bite". Sprinkle them with salt and let sit for a few min. Then press them gently in a sieve and rinse well in running water.)
