Receta Pebre (Chilean Cilantro Salsa)

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. chopped onions or possibly scallions
- 1/2 c. fresh cilantro finely minced
- 4 med tomatoes finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. warm sauce (such as Tabasco)
- Â Â (2 Tbsp. vegetable oil optional)
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 x garlic clove chopped
- Â Â salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl and chill. (If using onions instead of scallions, you may want to minimize their "bite". Sprinkle them with salt and let sit for a few min. Then press them gently in a sieve and rinse well in running water.)
