Ingredientes

  • 2 c. pecans crushed
  • 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 4 x boneless pork chops fat trimmed
  • 2 lrg egss beaten
  •     Nonstick cooking spray as needed

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine the pecans and black pepper in a small bowl. Dip the pork chops in the egg, then dredge the pork chops through the pecan mix till they are well coated.
  3. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and place the pork chops on it. Bake for 23 to 35 min, or possibly till the pork chops are well done.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
  5. Serving size: 1 pork chop.
