Ingredientes
- 2 c. pecans crushed
- 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 4 x boneless pork chops fat trimmed
- 2 lrg egss beaten
- Â Â Nonstick cooking spray as needed
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine the pecans and black pepper in a small bowl. Dip the pork chops in the egg, then dredge the pork chops through the pecan mix till they are well coated.
- Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and place the pork chops on it. Bake for 23 to 35 min, or possibly till the pork chops are well done.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
- Serving size: 1 pork chop.
