Ingredientes

  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 lb Fresh halibut filets, (4)
  • 1 c. Minced pecans
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 x Limes, juice of
  • 1/4 c. Minced cilantro
  • 1/2 c. Mango chutney
  • 1/2 c. Orange marmalade
  • 1/4 c. Whole-grain mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Horseradish
  • 1/4 c. Lime juice

Direcciones

  1. Directions: In a small bowl, beat together the egg, soy sauce and water.
  2. Dip the halibut filets into the egg mix then coat well in the minced pecans. Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large saute/fry pan and add in the halibut. Brown well. When brown, add in the juice of 3 limes and fresh cilantro. Cover the pan and let simmer for 3-4 min till fish is cooked through. To create the sauce, combine the chutney, marmalade, mustard, horseradish and lime juice. Serve with the fish.
