Receta Pecan Encrusted Halibut

Ingredientes
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- 1 lb Fresh halibut filets, (4)
- 1 c. Minced pecans
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 x Limes, juice of
- 1/4 c. Minced cilantro
- 1/2 c. Mango chutney
- 1/2 c. Orange marmalade
- 1/4 c. Whole-grain mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Horseradish
- 1/4 c. Lime juice
Direcciones
- Directions: In a small bowl, beat together the egg, soy sauce and water.
- Dip the halibut filets into the egg mix then coat well in the minced pecans. Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large saute/fry pan and add in the halibut. Brown well. When brown, add in the juice of 3 limes and fresh cilantro. Cover the pan and let simmer for 3-4 min till fish is cooked through. To create the sauce, combine the chutney, marmalade, mustard, horseradish and lime juice. Serve with the fish.
