Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 c. undiluted evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. minced pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. Cook sugar, lowfat milk, butter, and salt in a saucepan to soft-ball stage (236 degrees). Let cold slightly. Stir in nuts and extract. Beat till thick and creamy. Pour in buttered 8 inch square pan. Cut in 1 inch squares when cold (64).
