Ingredientes

  • 1 (10") baked pie shell
  • 1 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 4 Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1/4 c. butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. pecan halves

Direcciones

  1. Mix sugar, corn syrup and water in 1 1/2 qt casserole. Heat on high for 3 to 3 1/2 min till mix boils. Boil for 2 min. Gradually stir warm mix boils. Boil for 2 min. Gradually stir warm mix into Large eggs. Stir in butter and vanilla. Pour in pie shell, top with pecan halves. Cook on Medium High 7 to 8 min till filling is set.
