Pecan Tarts (Guatemalan Style)

Ingredientes

  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 ounce. cream cheese
  • 1 c. flour

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. CRUST: Mix ingredients in Group A well and divide mix into small balls. With fingers, press into small muffin pans to cover entire interior of each.
  3. FILLING: Mix and beat together ingredients in Group B using only 3 parts of the minced pecans. Add in remaining pecans to bottom of each pan. Pour mix of Group B into each pan and bake for 30 to 35 min. Remove from oven and let stand till cold. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Mix is sufficient for 24 small tarts.
