Receta Penne A La Vodka

Ingredientes
- 3 x Cloves garlic, coarsely minced
- 1 sm Minced onion
- 1/2 c. Vodka
- 1 can (28 ounce) crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 c. Heavy cream or possibly lowfat milk
- Â Â Extra virgin olive oil for frying
- Â Â Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Heat extra virgin olive oil in pan -sufficient for all the ingredients. Add in garlic until golden. Add in warm pepper flakes and onion. Cook 3 min. Add in vodka and reduce liquid by half. Add in tomatoes and lowfat milk- reduce till desired consistency. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour over penne pasta. Add in a good shake of parmesan cheese.
