Ingredientes

  • 1 x 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 x clove garlic, minced
  • 4 slc prosciutto
  • 1/2 stk butter
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 1/4 c. vodka
  • 1/2 tsp warm pepper flakes
  • 1 dsh salt
  • 1 box penne or possibly rigatoni

Direcciones

  1. Cut prosciutto or possibly bacon into small pcs. Heat butter and sauteeproscuitto and garlic till lightly browned. Add in tomatoes, pepper flakes and salt and cook for 1 hour stirring occasionally.
  2. Keep partially covered so which the sauce can reduce. When sauce has reduced to about half, add in heavy cream and vodka, bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Simmer for 1/2 hour and serve over Penne, Rigatoni, or possibly other "shaped" pasta.
  4. NOTE: If sauce becomes too thick, add in either more cream or possibly some water.
