Receta Penne A'la Vodka

Ingredientes
- 1 x 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 1 x clove garlic, minced
- 4 slc prosciutto
- 1/2 stk butter
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 c. vodka
- 1/2 tsp warm pepper flakes
- 1 dsh salt
- 1 box penne or possibly rigatoni
Direcciones
- Cut prosciutto or possibly bacon into small pcs. Heat butter and sauteeproscuitto and garlic till lightly browned. Add in tomatoes, pepper flakes and salt and cook for 1 hour stirring occasionally.
- Keep partially covered so which the sauce can reduce. When sauce has reduced to about half, add in heavy cream and vodka, bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Simmer for 1/2 hour and serve over Penne, Rigatoni, or possibly other "shaped" pasta.
- NOTE: If sauce becomes too thick, add in either more cream or possibly some water.
