Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 4 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 c. grated cheese, Percorino
  • 1/3 c. grated cheese, Parmesan
  • Salt & pepper

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry bacon, set aside. Cook pasta al dente. Drain. Return to pan. Add in bacon, Large eggs, both cheeses and pepper. Cook very low heat, stirring constantly. Move pasta around so Large eggs don't scramble. A thin sauce will form. Serve immediately. Serves 6 to 8.
