Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/3 c. Vodka
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 c. Canned tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Heavy cream
  • 1/4 c. Parmigiano Reggiano

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in vodka and pepper flakes and heat gently for 2 min. Add in tomatoes and salt and cook over high heat, stirring to break up the tomatoes till thick (approx. 5 min). -Stir in heavy cream and cook till thick (approx. 5 min or possibly more). Stir in parmesan cheese. Toss with cooked penne or possibly rigatoni style pasta
