Receta Penne With Prosciutto & Vodka Sauce

- Saute/fry garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Add in crushed tomatoes, prosciutto, parsley, bay leaves, red pepper, vodka and simmer for about 10 min in medium heat.
- Cook penne and drain.
- Add in heavy cream to sauce and cook for 2 min in low heat.
- Mix penne in sauce and add in Parmesan cheese. Mix again. Serve with garlic bread.
