Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. Mashed potatoes, unsalted
  • 2 c. Flaked coconut, fresh or possibly
  •     Dry
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 1/2 c. Confectioner's sugar
  • 8 ounce Semisweet chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. In mixing bowl,mix potato,coconut,salt and vanilla.Gradually fold in sugar.Cover; chill overnight.Shape into 1/2 tbs.size Large eggs.Heat chocolate and oil till chocolate melts.Dip Large eggs into chocolate oil mix.Set aside on wax paper in refrigerater to harden.
